Uncovering the hidden hierarchical nature of soft particulate gels

An international team of researchers led by Prof. Emanuela Del Gado has published a paper in Nature Physics entitled “The hidden hierarchical nature of soft particulate gels.” The research provides a novel model of how particulate gels behave under stress.
