Undergraduates to spend summer at CERN

Physics majors Jack Treado (C’16) and Chris Tiede (C’16) will be spending the summer doing research at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research. They will be participating in the International Research Experiences for Students at CERN, sponsored by George Mason University through a grant from the National Science Foundation. Previous participants from Georgetown include Daniel Dylewsky (C’15), Alex Fragapane (C’14), Jenny Brown (C’13), and Clark Esty (C’13).
