Summer 2014 Hichwa Fellowship

Andrew Stromberg (C’15) has been awarded the Hichwa Family Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship for 2014. This fellowship, established through the generous support of Dr. Bryant P. (C’68) and Ms. Diane V. Hichwa, supports an undergraduate student to carry out research in the physics department. Andrew, who is majoring in biological physics, will be working with Prof. Jeff Urbach to study how mechanical properties of the cellular environment influence force generation in growing axons.
