Edward Van Keuren elected to Executive Committee of APS MAS

Prof. Edward Van Keuren has been elected to serve as Member-at-Large on the Executive Committee of the Mid-Atlantic Section (MAS) of the American Physical Society (APS). Established in 2013, the Mid-Atlantic Section aims to strengthen connections in the physics community in the geographic region, as well as support the APS mission of advancing and diffusing knowledge of physics. Unit activities such at the MAS Annual Meeting feature programming to support the professional development of students and early career scientists.
